Counselling

Professional counselling enables clients to tell their stories in a safe, caring, and confidential space, which centres on an ethos of respect for clients and their values.

In addition to being available as a support to those families attending for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy, our ‘Relate’ Counsellor offers individual sessions for primary school aged clients to adults. Our Counsellor’s particular interests lie in the theory and application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
